The IRINOX solution: stainless steel control cabinets with AS.HY hygienic certification

IRINOX has distinguished itself by its ability to provide tailor-made solutions perfectly adapted to Kalt's specific cheese production needs.

In particular, IRINOX proposed the use of AS.HY hygienic certified control cabinets, featuring an external, removable blue silicone seal (FDA approved), which offers superior protection against dust and water.

This solution has ensured a cleaner and safer working environment for cheese production.

The AS.HY hygienic compact cabinet

The AS.HY hygienic compact cabinet made of AISI 304L stainless steel is specially designed for sectors where hygiene must come first, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. With this in mind, it consists of a single body with welded sides and is equipped with:

  • 30° sloping top;
  • Smooth, crack-free back, with no concave corners to facilitate cleaning and avoid deposits;
  • Drip-proof inner edge;
  • Internal hinges;
  • State-of-the-art hygienic stainless steel locks with external seal and internal rod locking system;
  • Optional hygienic frame or lower cable base, both with hygienic certified feet.
