Amos Industrie: electrical enclosures for the wine sector

"Our partnership with IRINOX has enabled us to integrate electrical enclosures with our equipment, which are suitable for a very demanding sector such as wine and food production, which for us is concentrated in France and abroad. Quality, technology and customisation are values we share, so it is only natural that our partnership has lasted for several years."

IRINOX ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURES IN AMOS INDUSTRIE PROJECTS

Amos Industrie is a French company that designs, manufactures and installs industrial conveying and sizing lines that meet the needs of different production sectors in the Food & Wine industry, such as wine, food, cider, beer, but also pharmaceutical and cosmetics.

The added value it offers is the optimisation of customers' production lines: from transport to storage, via material processing (grading, sorting, cleaning, peeling, sterilisation), Amos Industrie offers tailor-made, turnkey technology developed for industrial applications.

THE CUSTOMER'S NEED

Before learning about IRINOX solutions, the customer was forced to buy standard products available on the market, even though they often did not fully meet his needs. He also had to drill the electrical enclosures himself, which wasted a lot of time.

WHY DID AMOS INDUSTRIE CHOOSE IRINOX?

The meeting with IRINOX finally presented Amos with the possibility of ordering tailor-made solutions built according to his needs, with drillings made directly in the construction phase as required. But above all, he was able to find a partner who works stainless steel with passion and meticulousness, taking care of every detail.

THE PRODUCT SOLUTION

Transport lines for the food industry

AMOS DEMOTTEUR FRUIT CHOPPING MACHINE

The Amos Demotteur machine is designed to chop blocks of fruit (dried or frozen) while maintaining their integrity. It reduces working time while increasing the safety level of the line, thanks to its tipping mouth which facilitates ergonomic loading of the line from cartons, crates, bags.

The electronic parts of this machinery are protected by the stainless steel ADH junction boxes, which with their removable silicone seals and hygienic design fit perfectly into the food environment. Stainless steel EKO enclosures have also been fitted.

BELT CONVEYOR

Conveyor belt for conveying food from one machine to another, which protects the control nerve centres with stainless steel APH push button boxes.

Industrial machinery for the wine sector

'QUICK ACCESS' LIFT WITH FOOD SAFETY BELT

The 'quick access' lift with food safety belt is designed to transport grapes or must from one step of the production process to another. Thanks to the hygienically designed APH push buttons boxes, the main controls are always protected even if the environment or raw material is wet thanks to the FDA-approved interlocking silicone seal.

APH PUSH BUTTON BOXES FOR VIBRATING GRAPE SORTING TABLE

The vibrating grape sorting table allows the grape berries to move forward during the process, gently so as not to damage them, while discharging the liquids through grids located at the bottom.

In close contact with the wine product, the APH push-button boxes utilise the many benefits of stainless steel together with the hygienic design to protect the electrical components.

HANGING CONTROL PANEL FOR AUTOMATIC GRAPE HARVEST SORTING MACHINES

In order to make the workstations on automatic sorting machines for grape harvesting as efficient as possible, Amos planned to equip them with hanging control panels, with which the operator can operate specific controls quickly and conveniently.

In this case, the electrical enclosure used is a customised ADH terminal box solution in a hanging version, with convenient side operating handles.
